ADMINISTRATORS SALE
By virtue of an order of the County Court of Shelby
County
Illinois at the April Term A. D. 1858, I will on the 14th day of June,
A. D. 1858 at the Court House door in Shelbyville in said County,
between the hours of 10 in the forenoon and 4 in the afternoon of said
day, sell on a credit of nine Months, for the payment of the debts of
John Sechrist, deceased, Subject to the Widows dower, with ten per cent
of purchase Money to be paid in cash down on the day of sale, the whole
or as much of the following lands as may be necessary to wit;
The e 1/2 of the n e 1/4 of sect 4 town 10, n r 2 e
and the n w 1/4 of the s w 1/4 3, 10, 2 c
A deed will be made on the day of sale, and notes
with good security, and a Mortgage on the property will be required of
the purchases.

By virtue of an execution to me directed and
delivered by the clerk of the circuit court of Shelby county in the
state of Illinois, in favor of Wm.
A Harrison, for the use of Samuel F King,
And against Washington Carlile and Hiram
Crocker. I have levied upon the following land to-wit 40 sw se qr sec
10 Town 9 r As the property of Hiram Crocker and W
Carlile which I shall offer at public sale at court house door, in
Shelbyville, in said state, on the 19th day of June, A. D. 1858,
between the hours of 9 O'clock A. M., and sunset of said day for cash
in hand to satisfy said execution and cost.

Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned
will attend before the Probate Court of Shelby county, Illinois, on the
3rd Monday in June.
For the purpose of settling and adjusting all
claims against the estate of John Small, deceased, when and where all
persons holding claims against the said deceased, are notified and
requested to present the same for adjustment. All persons
indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment.
