Paul Volkman was in Strasburg Wednesday
evening.

Largent was consulting Dr.
Schroeder Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning.
Ira [A.] and Leeverne Rawdin buzzed wood
for H. F. [Herman F.] Bartman Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. Louis Lenz and daughter assisted the
former’s parents butcher porkers Monday.
Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and
son Leeverne spent Tuesday evening with Clem
Roley and family.
Ira [A.] Rawdin buzzed wood for Clem
Roley Wednesday.
Wilbur and Norma Jeanne Largent are on
the sick list.
Charles Shanholtzer was shopping in
Strasburg Thursday.
Harry Thomas, wife and two children spent
Thursday with Paul Volkman and wife.
Dr. Shroeder was called to see Mrs. Roy
Largent Thursday evening.
Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and
sons were in Mattoon Friday.
Henry
Gottman, wife
and baby were Sunday dinner guests at the
H. T. Wade home.
Ben Volkman and family spent Sunday at
Paul Volkman’s
We were sorry to hear of the death of
Mrs. Alva Walls. We all extend our sympathy to the family.
Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and son
Leeverne were
calling on Roy
Largent and family Sunday afternoon.
Ira Rawdin and family were visiting
Sunday.
A nice rain was had in these parts last
week which was sure needed and welcomed by all.
Miss Juanita Strohl who has been doing
house work in the Charles Shanholtzer home for the past few weeks has
returned to her home Sunday.
Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and
son Leeverne called on Claude Smith and wife Sunday evening.
