STANDARD OIL COMPANY
SALESMEN MEET
The Standard
Oil Company of Indiana had their monthly sales meeting for
this district in the dining room of the Christian church Wednesday
evening of last week. Thirty-seven were present, which included most of
the sales representatives from all parts of Eastern Illinois, as well
as
officials from Decatur and the managers from Mattoon and Effingham.
After the dinner a business meeting was held.

Bartman [Beck] has been spending the past week with her uncle and aunt
in Strasburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Rawdin of Holliday, who has been
at his mother’s the past week and a half returned home last
Thursday.

[Smith] enjoyed last Wednesday evening with Ira [A.] Rawdin and family.

visitors at Herman [F.] Bartman’s.
Ab [Albert] Shaw and wife [Margaret] called on Tins

Thursday.

Largent’s Sunday evening.
