ROCKFORD
    Roy Dixon, game warden from Lovington called on Ray Largent Saturday and left Roy a nice setting of pheasant eggs.
    Chas. Figge baled his clover hay here Thursday and Friday.
   Arthur Nippe, wife and sons were calling on Paul Volkman’s Friday evening.
   Paul Volkman’s called on Mrs. J. . . .

    Ben Volkman’s called on Herman [F.] Bartman’s Friday.
    Jack Strohl was in this district Friday.
   Roy Largent and family were in Stewardson Saturday evening.
   Blanche [Ishmael] Gottman called on Mrs. [Emma] Herman [F.] Bartman Friday.
   Shelby Robinson and family were shopping Saturday evening.
   Mrs. J. W. Rawdin, Mr. and Mrs. Ira [A.] Rawdin and son and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Largent and children called on Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Rawdin at Holliday Friday evening.
   Mrs. Roy Largent and children spent Tuesday afternoon with Mrs. [Martha (Vandament)] N. D. [Nelson D.] Jones and granddaughter Cleo [(Jones) Moran].
   Charles Grove the “Baker” man was through here Friday and Saturday.
   Orrie (Ora) Wiley spent Sunday with home folks.
    John Cox and family spent Sunday with Mrs. Laura [Laurabell] Wiley and children.

PRAIRIE
   Mrs.Marie [(Smith)] Largent and children called on her mother Friday.
    Mrs. Emma Bartman called on Mrs. Nettie Rawdin Saturday morning.
    Ben Volkman and family and Mrs. Emma Barman and daughter called on Mrs. Blanche [Ishmael] Gottman and did shopping in Clarksburg Saturday.
    Mrs. Nettie Rawdin and son Melvin Eugene, called on Mrs. Susie Fouste and children Friday afternoon.
    Mrs. Blanch Gottman and children spent Friday at Herman [F.] Bartman’s
    Sunday visitors at Wm. [William H. Y.] Ruwe’s were Henry Gottman and family, Herman [F.] Bartman and family and Ben Volkman and family. They all enjoyed eating ice cream.
    Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and son and family and daughter and family called on her son Adolph Rawdin and wife Friday evening at Holliday.
