    Claude Rawlings and Roy Largent worked for Nick Eckart last Wednesday.
Ira and Adolph Rawdin butchered a beef for Charles Shanholtzer one day last week.
    Elsie Ulmer is spending a few days with her parents.
    Paul Louis Volkman was a Strasburg shopper Saturday.
    Mr. and Mrs. Nick Eckart were Stewardson shoppers Saturday morning.
    Dan Krile spent the week-end with his daughter, Mrs. Ben Volkman.
    Miss Mildred Bartman [Beck] and her friend, Justin Beck, stole a march on their many friends and were quietly married at Charleston recently. We wish them much joy and happiness on their long journey of wedlock.
    Mrs. Nick Eckart spent Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Roy Largent and family.
    The teacher and pupils had Thanksgiving and Friday off.
    Claude Rawlings worked for Earl Shelton Friday.
    Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy)] Rawdin [Smith] and son Leevern spent Sunday with Roy Largent and family.
    Claude Rawlings was shopping in Strasburg Saturday morning.
    Roy Largent and family spent Sunday evening with Ben Volkman and family and Mr. Dan Krile.
