The teacher and pupils entertained with
a Christmas program Friday afternoon.
Some from here attended the play in Strasburg Thursday night.
Paul
Louis Volkman had dental work done in Stewardson last week.
Leevern
Rawdin was in Shelbyville Friday morning.
Mrs. Ira Rawdin and son Melvin and Mr. and Mrs. Leevern Rawdin ate
Friday dinner with Mrs. Roy Largent and children.
Mr. and Mrs. Claude Smith and John Hoy spent Christmas in Kingman with
Mr. Smith’s parents.
Ira [A.] Rawdin and family spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Ben
Saylors.
Elmer Largent of Decatur and Roy Largent
called on their parents Christmas day.
Misses
Elsie Ulmer of Effingham and Agnes Ulmer of Decatur are enjoying the
holidays with their parents and sister here.
Leevern
Rawdin and wife visited her parents near Stewardson Christmas.
The
snow came a little too late for Santa, but the “Kids” can enjoy their
Christmas sleds.
There
is no school this week. Mr. Hash, the teacher, is spending the week
with his parents near Trilla.

Volkman and family ate Christmas dinner with his brother, Ben Volkman
and family.

Largent assisted H. T. Wade
and wife do their butchering Saturday.

Wade and wife spent Sunday with his parents.
