Claude Smith purchased a calf from Roy
Largent Thursday morning.
Mrs. Ruth Volkman and son were in Strasburg Friday.
Marie [(Smith)] Largent and daughter,
Norma Jeanne and Leota Lenz visited school Friday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Claude Smith spent Wednesday with her daughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wade of Ramsey and Mr. and Mrs. [Margaret] Ab [Albert]
Shaw of Stewardson enjoyed Easter Sunday at H. T.
Wade’s.
Ben Volkman and family were visiting Sunday.
Claude Rawlings and family attended church in Strasburg Sunday.
Harry Thomas and Roy Largent were in Stewardson
Saturday evening.
Wayne and Ruth Robison were absent from school last week. Clay was also
absent from high school with the measles.
Whopping cough is in this district as well as measles.

Retha Gauger was calling on Mrs. Maude [M. (Hoy) Rawdin] Smith
Wednesday morning.
Dr.
Risser and Dr. Schroeder were in this district Tuesday. Dr. Risser
called on Miss Dora Wade.
Charles Harlan Jones was calling in this district Friday.
